The police department of the city of Oulu (northwestern Finland) is investigating a new threat against a shopping center published on the opaque Tor network.

As announced by the police themselves through a message posted on their social network Twitter account, a person has posted an anonymous message in which he threatens to attack the Valkea shopping center this Sunday, May 5.

The incident occurred after the police department of the Usimaa West region (around Helsinki) announced last Thursday the arrest of a "young man" suspected of having published a similar threat in Tor. In this case, the author threatened to carry out a mass shooting at the Iso Omena shopping center in Espoo.

The police is investigating the situation in Oulu and works to find the sender of the message. "More information will be provided if necessary tomorrow", said the police in a statement published in its website.

A possible imitation effect is also investigated in this type of messages, which require the mobilization of an important amount of resources to guarantee the security of citizens.
