Spain sends another plane with supplies to Ukraine
On Friday at 09:35 a.m., a C-295 plane from the Air and Space Army took off from Spain in the direction of Poland.
A medical aeroevacuation unit, a translator and various support personnel travel on board.
The aircraft carries 300 kg of medical supplies, consisting of individual combat kits and respirators.
In Poland, the supplies will be delivered to the Ukrainian authorities who had requested them, and will serve to increase Ukraine's capacities to care for war-wounded.
In Poland, the aircraft will pick up eight Ukrainian war wounded, who will then be transferred to Spain for further treatment
"This flight shows the commitment that Spain has with Ukraine, to provide continuous assistance, and that goes beyond support with military material," the Spanish Defense Ministry said in a press release.
