The weekend starts and you don’t know what to watch on your Netflix? Don’t worry. In Foreigner.fi we have already found several options for you. You’re welcome!

Pandemic: How to Prevent an Outbreak

Even the most sadistic and cruel marketing director would not had thought of a better commercial campaign and a better time than now, when the World Health Organization (WHO) has declared a world alert due to the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) outbreak. Pandemic was released on Netflix on 22 January, when 17 people had already died because of the disease.

The six-part series analyses the healthcare system around India, Egypt, the Democratic Republic of Congo, the United States and beyond. It also examines the chances humans have to overcome another pandemic and contextualizes historical outbreaks like the Spanish flu of 1918 or the more recent events with ebola and the avian flu.

What if a stranger reveals to you a secret about the person you love most? What if that secret changes your life forever? This is the starting point for Netflix's latest crime thriller, based on Harlan Coben’s bestselling novel.

This series tells the story of Adam Price, apparently a happily married father, whose life turns upside-down when a mysterious stranger tells him a secret about his wife. From that moment, his perfect life fades and he finds himself trapped in something far darker than his wife’s lie.

Ragnarok

Long time since Norway only stood out for its 'Nordic noir' productions. Now, Norwegians also lead the way in fiction innovation and originality among the Nordic countries. This is something they show again with this series from the same creator of Borgen.

Ragnarok is a modern coming-of-age drama set in a secondary school and based on Norse mythology. The plot happens in the fictional city of Edda, located in the middle of the vast and fascinating Norwegian countryside, where some of its inhabitants will confront the causes of the drastic climatic changes that currently occur in the world.
